Narayanan Ravi

An experienced banking professional with almost four decades of cross-functional work exposure with leading banks in India and the Middle East. A career that has been dedicated to banking and training within the industry. Ravi has been extremely successful at creating and developing an entire training infrastructure, from need analysis, content creation, and training delivery to assessing the impact of training.

 

Having established a successful career in training within the core banking areas to building expertise in developing and delivering Leadership and Management development programs. Over the years, he has experimented with the use of various training tools within programs to improve the efficacy and impact of learning.
